Massage & Reflexology
Four distinct sessions — from targeted therapeutic work to full nervous system restoration. Every session ends with personalised follow-up exercises so the relief you feel on the table becomes something that lasts.
Nutritional Therapy & Plant Medicine
Food as daily medicine — deeply personal, science-backed and plant-forward. Alongside nutritional therapy, I integrate phytotherapy and apitherapy where appropriate: plant extracts, bee products and herbal protocols that have been used therapeutically for thousands of years.
Available in person in Boquete and online worldwide in English and Dutch.
Reiki
Gentle hands-on energy healing that supports the body's natural capacity to restore balance, release energetic blockages and promote a quality of deep stillness that is difficult to reach any other way.
Reiki is offered as a standalone session and is also integrated into the Bodha Method programme and certain massage sessions where appropriate.
Qigong & Breathwork
Ancient movement and breath practices that regulate the nervous system, build energy and calm the mind. Qigong cultivates internal stillness through slow, intentional movement. Breathwork bridges the conscious and unconscious — from clinical techniques (resonance breathing, extended exhale) to deeper somatic sessions for emotional processing.
Available as weekly group classes in Boquete and as individual online sessions worldwide.
Sleep & Bio-Relaxation Coaching
Sleep is the foundation of every system in the body. When it breaks down — whether through anxiety, chronic stress, an overactive nervous system or habit — everything else suffers. Bio-relaxation coaching uses evidence-based tools to restore genuine rest: structured sleep protocols, nervous system regulation techniques and breathwork-based wind-down practices.
This work is available as a standalone programme and is integrated as the Rest pillar within the Bodha Method.
