A holistic practitioner.
A fellow traveller.
I don't offer a formula. I offer a framework — and a genuine commitment to walking alongside you as you find your own way back to balance.
Finding your way back
From language to living well
My path into holistic wellness began long before I made it my profession. Whilst completing my Master's in Linguistics at the Free University of Brussels, I was already developing youth programmes and organising cultural events — work that put human connection and community at the centre.
After graduating, I spent approximately 12 years working for large companies as a trainer and people & project manager. That decade gave me a deep understanding of what sustained performance looks like — and what it costs when the body and mind are not supported properly.
In 2022 I founded my own company, bringing my academic foundation, professional experience, and years of parallel training in wellness modalities together into one practice. The goal: to help people rediscover their true potential.
I am based in Boquete, Panama, offering private sessions, group classes, workshops and retreats — as well as online sessions worldwide in English and Dutch.
What Naga means
Naga is a Sanskrit word meaning "snake." Across traditions, the snake is one of the oldest symbols of healing, transformation and rebirth — the creature that sheds its skin to emerge renewed, representing eternity and the continual renewal of life.
In Buddhist writings, the Naga refers to unseen beings associated with water and fluid energy. When Gautama Buddha began his meditation beneath the Bodhi tree, a great storm darkened the heavens for seven days. It was the serpent king Mucalinda who rose from beneath the earth, spreading his hood as a canopy of shelter until the storm had passed. When the skies cleared, the serpent king bowed before the Buddha — and returned in joy.
The name carries all of this: the courage to shed what no longer serves, the protection offered in difficult moments, and the quiet, continual possibility of becoming whole again. That is the spirit in which this practice is offered.
How I work
Whole-system thinking
The body, mind, and soul are not three separate departments. They are one living system — and they heal most powerfully when treated as such. I work across all dimensions simultaneously, not sequentially.
No fixed protocols
Every person who comes to me is different. What you eat, how you move, why you can't sleep, what your anxiety is trying to tell you — none of this is generic. Neither is my response to it.
Rooted in lived practice
Every modality I offer I have trained in deeply and applied personally. My credibility is not only academic — it is grounded in years of committed practice across the full range of what I teach.
