I am a holistic wellbeing practitioner specializing in integrative movement, therapeutic bodywork, and natural medicine.
My approach combines Qigong, face yoga, breathwork, meditation, herbal medicine, nutrition support, massage therapy, biorelaxation techniques, and energy work, creating a comprehensive and embodied healing experience. Influenced by martial arts, Eastern medicine, and Western somatic therapies, I emphasise nervous system safety, presence, and gradual restoration.
I work with individuals experiencing chronic tension, stress, emotional overload, facial tension, or disconnection, as well as those seeking gentle, natural approaches to health and vitality.
Whilst getting my university degree I developed youth programs and organized/managed several cultural events. After I finished my studies I worked for large companies as a trainer, people- & project manager for approximately 12 years. In 2022 I decided to start my own company and to use my studies & experience to help people re-discover their true potential.
I am based in Boquete, Panama, offering private sessions, group classes, workshops, and retreats.

Naga is a Sanskrit word meaning “snake”. As snakes shed their skin through sloughing, they are symbols of healing, transformation and rebirth. Thus being a symbol of eternity and continual renewal of Life.
Both meanings aligned with my intention: taking care of you during your transformation.
When we come upon the word in Buddhist writings, it is a term used for unseen beings associated with water and fluid energy. It is said that six weeks after Gautama Buddha began meditating under the Bodhi tree, the heavens darkened for seven days, and a prodigious rain descended. The mighty King of naga’s, Mucalinda, came from beneath the earth and protected with his hood the one who is the source of all protection. When the great storm had cleared, the serpent king assumed his human form, bowed before the Buddha, and returned in joy to his palace.
