Food is your most
powerful daily medicine
Science-backed, plant-forward, and deeply personal — a nutritional approach that works with your body, not against it.
The Naga philosophy on food
We live in a world of extraordinary food abundance — and extraordinary nutrition confusion. Supermarkets overflow with products, yet diet-related illness has never been more widespread. The problem is not lack of food. The problem is that we have lost our connection to real food.
What you eat influences your hormones, your mood, your sleep, your immune system, your energy, and your long-term disease risk — every single day. Our approach draws on the latest nutritional science alongside the wisdom of bio-energetic nutrition: the understanding that fresh, natural, unprocessed food carries a vital quality that processed food simply cannot replicate.
We help you build a way of eating that is rich in this quality — and rich in pleasure, simplicity and real nourishment. Not a diet. A return to something your body already knows.
What we believe
Real food heals
Every fresh, natural, unprocessed food you eat is a message to your cells — and the body knows how to respond.
Mind and body are one system
95% of serotonin is produced in the gut. What you eat shapes how you feel — emotionally, mentally and physically.
There is no one-size-fits-all diet
Your body, history, lifestyle and goals are unique. Your nutritional support should be too.
Restriction is not the answer
We add nourishment — not rules. Cravings shift naturally when the body receives what it actually needs.
Small changes compound
Consistent, sustainable adjustments outperform dramatic overhauls every single time.
Plant-forward is the foundation
Strongly plant-based eating is compatible with excellent health — and often the foundation of it.

Plant & bee medicine
Alongside nutritional therapy, I draw on two complementary natural medicine traditions — integrated where appropriate into your overall wellness plan.
Phytotherapy
The therapeutic use of plants and plant extracts — one of the oldest forms of medicine and one of the most evidence-supported. Used to support hormonal balance, immune function, digestion, sleep, mood and more. Always integrated with nutritional work for a coherent whole.
Apitherapy
The use of bee products — honey, propolis, royal jelly, pollen and beeswax — for therapeutic purposes. Anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and deeply nourishing. A tradition spanning thousands of years, now increasingly supported by modern research.
Frequently asked
Do I need a specific condition or health problem to work with Naga?
Not at all. Many clients come feeling broadly well but knowing they could feel better. Others come with specific challenges — chronic fatigue, digestive issues, poor mood, weight concerns, or a recent health diagnosis. If you want to understand your food better and feel better for it, this work is for you.
Is this approach suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Absolutely. The nutritional philosophy here is strongly plant-forward. Plant-based diets are not only compatible with excellent health — they are often the foundation of it. I have deep experience working with vegetarians, vegans and those moving toward a more plant-rich way of eating.
How is this different from seeing a dietitian?
Dietitians primarily work within a conventional medical model. Here, I take a broader, preventive, and highly personalised approach — looking at food quality, bio-energetic vitality, food combining, acid-base balance and the connection between nutrition and mental health. I always work collaboratively with your medical team when relevant.
Do I need to give up my favourite foods?
No. The work focuses on adding nourishment, improving quality and building better combinations — gradually and sustainably. You will very likely find that your cravings shift naturally as your body receives what it actually needs.
Can nutrition really affect my mental health?
Yes — and the evidence is now substantial. The gut produces 95% of the body's serotonin. Magnesium deficiency is directly linked to anxiety, depression and insomnia. B-vitamin depletion impairs nerve function and emotional regulation. A growing field called nutritional psychiatry now focuses specifically on this connection. It is addressed in every programme.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients notice meaningful changes within 2–4 weeks: improved energy, better sleep, reduced bloating, clearer thinking, more stable mood. Deeper changes typically develop over 2–3 months of consistent practice. Realistic expectations are always set at the start.
What if I have already tried many diets and nothing has worked?
You are exactly who this work exists for. Diet culture — with its restrictions, rules and guilt — has failed millions of people. This approach is the opposite: additive, evidence-based, compassionate and completely personalised. We start from where you are and build from there.
