The Bodha
Method
awakening to the whole
An 8–12 week integrative journey combining nutrition, movement, breathwork, sleep coaching and Jungian depth psychology — five pillars, one living system.
What is Bodha?
Bodha is a Sanskrit word. It means awakening — not in the dramatic or mystical sense, but in the quiet, practical sense of coming alive to oneself. Becoming more present to the body. More honest with the mind. More connected to the deeper intelligence that was always there, beneath the noise.
The Bodha Method is Naga's signature 8–12 week integrative programme for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, or chronic stress — and for those who, without being in acute crisis, know that something essential has gone quiet.
Five Pillars. One System.
Each pillar is a distinct dimension of health — with its own science, its own practices. And each is in constant relationship with all the others.
Nourish
Food as information, not just fuel.
Nutritional therapy as a primary tool for mental and physical health. 90% of serotonin is produced in the gut — what you eat shapes how the brain functions. Anti-inflammatory nutrition, micronutrient repair, blood sugar stability and gut microbiome restoration.
Move
Movement as nervous system medicine.
Qigong and Tai Chi as primary modalities — activating the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing cortisol, improving vagal tone and creating the felt experience of safety in the body. The Eight Brocades as a sustainable daily practice.
Breathe
The bridge between the involuntary body and the choosing mind.
From diaphragmatic breathing and resonance breathing for HRV coherence to extended exhale techniques for immediate nervous system regulation. The breath is the only autonomic function you can consciously control.
Rest
The foundation of healing — not the reward for effort.
Sleep hygiene and circadian alignment, CBT-I principles (sleep restriction, stimulus control, cognitive restructuring), Progressive Muscle Relaxation, yoga nidra and body scan. Without adequate deep sleep, healing of any kind is severely limited.
Know
The psychological and philosophical heart of the method.
Jungian depth psychology (shadow work, active imagination, the Self as central archetype of wholeness) combined with Krishnamurti's inquiry into the conditioned mind. Who is experiencing all of this — and is the way you understand yourself actually true?
The Programme Journey
A comprehensive intake
We build a full picture across all five dimensions before making a single recommendation. What is the terrain? Where is the greatest dysregulation? Where is there hidden resource?
Establishing the baseline
The morning breath anchor, food and mood diary, first qigong movements, sleep diary and initial circadian adjustments, and the beginning of psychological mapping. Early changes are often felt quickly.
The practices deepen
Qigong form established. Nutritional repair underway. Sleep architecture improving. The psychological work enters shadow territory. PMR and yoga nidra introduced. This is often where the most significant shifts occur.
The pillars speak to each other
The programme transitions from learning to embodying. We explore what has changed, what remains, and what the person now understands about themselves that they did not before.
A full review and forward design
Design of the client's ongoing personal practice — sustainable enough to actually sustain, rich enough to continue offering something. A closing inquiry: what do you now know?
