Modern life creates pressure on every level — physical tension, nervous system overload, emotional fatigue, and loss of inner direction. My work addresses the whole system.

I offer an integrative approach that combines body-based practice, breath regulation, nutritional guidance, and depth-oriented psychological exploration. Each session is tailored to the individual — whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, physical discomfort, burnout, or a life transition.

Through Qi Gong, mobility work, and structural awareness, we restore alignment, circulation, and grounded strength.

2. The Breath & Nervous System

Breathwork and regulation techniques help shift chronic stress patterns and rebuild resilience.

3. The Psychological Layer

Using Jungian-oriented dialogue and symbolic exploration, we bring awareness to unconscious patterns and reconnect you with meaning and direction.

This is not symptom suppression. It is structured recalibration.

I work with individuals from all backgrounds — professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, parents, athletes, and those in transition. Many are high-functioning on the outside but internally overstretched.
