BIORELAXATION
Calming the Nervous System, Gently restoring the balance within your ‘stress & relaxation’-system.
Biorelaxation is a soft, guided approach focused on helping the nervous system shift out of chronic stress and tension. Sessions support deep relaxation, safety, and embodied awareness.
This program is suitable if you feel overwhelmed, tense, fatigued, or “stuck in survival mode.”
Our relaxation path will take us through different stages.

Nutrition
We know from research that healthy food has a profound effect on the brain and nervous system, i.e. the relaxation mechanism depends largely on the quality of our nutrition.
Sleep restorative exercises
