My personal mission is to help you achieve holistic well-being, where holistic is body, mind and soul. Achieving overall well-being involves considering and nurturing each aspect of our being. Certainly, in moments of crisis, it is vital for you to be vigilant in protecting the balance between body, mind and soul. Practices such as qi-gong, meditation, stress-reduction & sleep-restoration exercises, or engaging in reiki sessions and focussing on our nutrition can contribute to a balanced and harmonious relationship between the body & mind, and soul. Reconnecting your being will help you grow a healthy, happy and fulfilled life, a life lived authentically and with purpose.

Naga was created to offer and teach you such techniques; called mind-body practices, that once you learn them, will stay with you for life. As these treatments will allow you to tap into the connection between your thoughts and your physical responses, they will bring healing and balance and set your path to growth.

  • When you are having health problems, need to boost your immune system just before winter, or have other complaints. Let me guide you to an organic medicine or treatment.
    Naturopathic medicine prioritizes the most natural, least invasive and least toxic therapies to treat illness, and promotes wellness by viewing the body as an integrated whole.
    I am a licensed Phytotherapist and certified Apitherapist.
    Phytotherapy is the use of plants or herbs to manage health conditions. Apitherapy is an alternative therapy that uses products made by honey bees for medicinal purposes.

  • I will combine phytotherapy, qi-gong exercises and nutrition to treat your digestive problems.

  • To treat your high cholesterol I have developed a program combining phytotherapy (herbal medicine) and a nutritional approach.

    We will have a 4 weeks follow-up to ensure a positive result.

  • Via an intake of 30 minutes we will discuss the situation and I will define a tailor-made treatment.

BALANCE

  • Qi-gong is the practice of developing greater awareness and control over the inner life energy for therapeutic and healing purposes.

    1 - We can develop a morning routine based on your needs.

    2 - I propose a routine that will improve your overall health, vitality, flexibility and treat your lower back, neck and shoulders. I use a combination of Qi-gong & body-strengthening exercises to relieve pain and reinforce your inner corset to avoid future pain.

  • Together we will increase your awareness on your nutrition and the link between mental and physical health. Finally, I will propose an action plan with a follow-up session.

    We distinguish between General Nutrition and Special Nutrition. General nutrition relies on food science and focuses on macro- and micronutrients. The macronutrients are protein, fat and carbohydrate and provide the necessary calories. Micronutrients include vitamins, minerals and other substances.

    Special Nutrition focuses on dietary rules, nutritional advice and practical tips. Much attention is paid to the relationship between nutrition and the brain, the nervous system and emotions.

  • We will learn three meditation- and four breathing techniques;

I am a certified Reiki-practioner level 2, phythotherapist (herbal medicine), apitherapist (bee-derived medecine), relaxation coach and nutritionist.

I started practicing Qi-gong (medicinal & Daoist) since 2015 and have been teaching Qi-gong since three years.

Whilst getting my university degree I developed youth programs and organised/managed several cultural events.

After I finished my studies I worked for large companies as trainer, people- & project manager for approximately 12 years.

In 2022 I decided to start my own company and to use my studies & experience to help people re-discover their true potential.
